Best to be worn on the right hand wrist as on the left, because of the screen size and dial irritates the back of the hand and would regularly press the dial button.

@@stevenjohnson7442 there is a option at the settings on the watch, turn off the when you move your hand and it will stop you from hitting.
But the dial will still hit the hand regardless,due to the screen size.
