Pajero Mini Front Skid Plate Design and Build Pt 1 (of 2)

Pajero Minis are becoming a popular vehicle to modify and another one has rolled through Balmer's Workshop!
So far, this little rig has been outfitted with front and rear bumpers, rock sliders and a transfer case skid plate. Now it's time to add some serious underbody protection up front!
Join me for part 1 where we'll look at the best mounting options, design the main portion of the skid plate with a Coroplast mock-up, CAD design a piece to be plasma cut and more!
