I have loved your videos for a while now. I never commented but I just wanna say it's really nice seeing someone so relatable to me and who is being affected by money struggles and mental illness in a similar way. I also have PMDD and it brings me to a very hopeless place at times but it is so nice to see someone talking about it. It makes me feel so much less lonely. Little tip: if you don’t have time/access to a pot/don’t want to get a pot out: get some water to boil in a kettle, pour it in the pan with some instant stock (the little cubes) and add the couscous. It’ll soak the water and cook while the rest of your veggies cook. If it looks dry, just add water!
