Updated for 2024, in this new-starters beginners guide tutorial to Modding DayZ Nitrado Console Custom Community Servers, I show you how to edit the globals.xml file and in particular the IdleModeCountdown setting, so that your PlayStation or Xbox Server doesn't go to sleep after the last player leaves.
Instead, the Server will keep processing the loot, removing old items and replacing them with the new ones, making your edit changes happen faster.
The above info was believed to be correct as of DayZ Update Patch 1.24, May 2024.
    Thanks, Rob.

Idlemodestartup handles if your server never sleeps
And for those who have lots of custom json files I highly recommend using a longer login timer to help prevent server desync
