Lady Mikage is amazing in arena as your fastest (or 2nd fastest behind and speed tuned with Arbiter). She has to get a turn though. The good news is she has a 115 base speed so she is easier to get fast.

Yeah...like i said she's good everywhere..i personally don't use her in arena but if you put lots of speed on her she's a beast...i got my ass kicked by some Mikages in live arena so i know.

pretty good in CB, but since I just built an Infinity shield team with Wixwell, I don't plan to use her there. My plan is to get her ready for Arena/ Hydra
As per my level I'm 90, with almost 14 months into the game, so definitely not end-game player, maybe mid-late game

She's great anywhere you need an ally attack or buff extender or whatever it is the content you have to finish, she will help a lot.
