- I have spent the last six weeks in the US so I was excited to travel back to Greece. However, my usual jet lag strategy didn't go as usual. I think I was excited to be back!

Would love a Greek grocery store video 😊, love to see fun foods and snacks plus prices. Plus grocery store / pricing videos seem to do well on YT.
You can buy frozen octopus there. Everything is easily identifiable and in both English and Greek.
Seeing this makes me dread the long flight to Greece in 79 days! 😂😫 Basically two days with no sleep. But, it’s all worth it in the end. Until you have to fly back home! Also, I’ve had three of those Epicka adapters for a few years now. Never had an issue with them while in Greece. Welcome back! 🇺🇸🇬🇷

I just got back from a week vacation in Greece. My layover was at Amsterdam airport before flying to US. I slept at the airport. Quiet considering it’s an airport.

Welcome back! We spent a week in Limnos and now in Crete. Yes, trying to get any paperwork done is insane. Every office we went to had a different opinion. Was only half successful. Too old to pursue residency. Will just limit ourselves to the 90/180 rule.

The airline gluten free meals can be sparse. I try to bring some food, especially because once they ran out of GF food and I had nothing! It builds character ;).

It was so disappointing since the ones over were so good. They even looked better than the regular meal. I had snacks, so it wasn’t a big deal for me but I felt bad for others who might not of. The breakfast was tiny!

Happy Return to Greece. Great video. My AirBnB was on the street of the Koukaki weekly market. Fond memories.
I find hydration is huge when flying/traveling. Yes very annoying but important also to recover from jet lag
Took me 18 months to get my US Global Entry…… approved shortly after I returned from Greece 😤
A great spot for an Airbnb. I drink so much water, I could float away. My brain just decided it didn’t want to sleep.

I was quite unlucky actually coming back from my own travel yesterday-today. My flight was really late at night so after checking out of my Airbnb I spent the whole day at the airport. The flight was a bit delayed which meant I unfortunately missed my first option to get home quickly which was getting a coach to a train station for the last train of the day. Then everything goes to a standstill around London so I had to wait many hours for my second option which resulted in me being home 8 hours later. I was prepared for that option - being up for 30 hours in total - but my body hates me for it. You get almost hazy-delusional at one point when your body realised you will not let it go to sleep. There were slightly quicker options that would cost me 4 times more money on top of what I had already booked or a taxi that would cost me 6-7 times more. I am still prioritising choosing cheaper options because it means I can save more money for my next travel but I know that eventually I will need to more mindful of my own limitations and health.
That sounds awful! My first few days back are usually a fog anyway even if I sleep. You brain just doesn’t understand. I hope you recover quickly.
@@agirlandherpassport The brain is not on our side. I relate to the brain fog. I had a 2 hour nap when I finally got home yesterday and then stayed up till my usual bed time - and that resulted in almost 11 hours sleep in total when I finally decided to get up this morning.
