I love your Show watch you all the time those big snappers would love to catch one of those and a wahoo. Only comment MSG is not good for you. I contributes to cancer. My sister died from breast cancer so I'm happy I'm allergic to it. But as for the lobster head we grill the whole lobster. After we remove the food tube from the tail we cut the lobster open and we stuff it with herbs onion sweet peppers celery garlic thyme small slice of garlic butter sea salt goat pepper some sour limes we wrap it in foil and place in the grill for about 15 minutes then we dive in with some bread to dip in all that juicy fat in the head. We can also make a garlic sour lime sauce to dip the tail in if you don't have enough fat in the head.

Hey Aron , we catch a ton of 10 lbs plus lobsters up here in Ft Pierce. Caught thousands myself as well , weirdest thing I've seen one do was playing with and old sunken tennis ball. He was spinning it with his legs eating the algae from the fuzz. ( commenting on the legs on eyes ) Had an older dive buddy in his 80s who had a ton of sea stories. One of his best was about an octopus that found a wallet and was handing him $20 bills. He recovered the wallet and found the drivers license , got ahold of the owner , and told his story. The owner thought he was crazy....
Apparently it was a jet skier who lost the wallet and claimed it had over $100 in it. Guess the octopus kept a few for himself. Best part is after his death in 2020 I found an old ripped $20 bill in the same area.

Aaron, make a lobster bisque with the shells. Basically, puree tomatoes, red bell pepper, garlic cloves, tomato paste, onion, celery, carrots, and herbs together. Add chicken stock and plop those leftover lobsta parts in and let it simmer for a Long time. Take the shells out and add a touch of half and half or heavy whipping cream. Add some lobster chunks with fresh squeezed lemon and it's game time! And don't forget some toasted baguette slices to sop up that deliciousness.... Great, now I'm hungry thinking about that 😄🤦‍♀️ Thanks you another amazing video and have a great week!

And you’re right about erring on the side of caution. It doesn’t matter what your lobster gauge measures, it matters what the FWC’s gauge measures. If he/she says it’s short, it’s short! And that was pretty cool with the lobster with his legs on his head. I too have caught thousands of lobsters and I’ve never seen that before. Probably has ‘sea lice’ ! 😜

Got to be some of this with the heads!!
What makes a bisque a bisque?
What Is Bisque? A bisque is a thick cream soup that chefs purée and strain for a fine, smooth final result. Traditional bisque recipes feature seafood like lobster, crayfish, shrimp, or crab as the main ingredient-chefs typically grind the crustacean shells into a fine paste to thicken the mixture.

Homemade taco/fajita seasoning is 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp cumin, 1tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp onion powder. I always use Schilling chili powder for consistency, the large inexpensive pouches of chili powder go from almost tasteless to wow ridiculous fire hot. The stranded sailboat reminds me of a sailboat that ran aground on the jetty on the Snohomish River next to Naval Station, Everett. It was almost completely destroyed. There were several boaters trying to warn the skipper he was cutting his turn too close, but he ignored them, he went on the wrong side of the buoy. I guess there's just no helping some people. Thanks a lot for the video.

Yo ho ho, nothing like taking a little ride and shopping in your backyard. Nice style w the ceviche , real good with or without the crunch. Lobster heads, I would definitely make a fish broth and drink it....would also have to find a press and start making bisque or she crab soup. The spider crabs will work just the same, super chunky meat filled soup bisque. Really like all your videos have the new twist you always have something to add, and I feel just like you I can't sit still regardless.

Those lobsters are babies compared to what we have in NC. It's crazy the difference. Wish NC had the limit FL does. Looks like you guys can catch way more than we can per day. Only 2 per person per day here!

Oh.....lobster heads.....Part 1: to make stock.....heads/shells, onion tops, carrots tops, some pepper corns, and lime juice.....simmer all with about 1/2 inch of water to cover for a few hours....strain and reserve.....
Part 2: to stock add cubed potato, carrots, celery, and cook until tender. Hit with immersion blender until smooth. Reserve.
Part 3: sauté finely cut onion in butter & bacon drippings in a thick bottom stock pot, when the onion is translucent, add flower to make a roux....when the flour is incorporated, add whole milk/heavy cream, stir constantly....when evenly incorporated add reserved blended vegetable/stock mixture....stir until mixed....add some chopped lobster meat and simmer until it is cooked through....If the taste is a bit off, add some Knorr Chicken bouillon granules.
Voila! Cream of Lobster soup....serve with grilled garlic bread....and fresh fruit.
This should work with fish heads, crab shells, shrimp shells, or an combination...
