this evo is neck snapping..how can you not like it? if you are a fan of motorsport, like me, you can appreciate this vid. if your not it wont make sense..the driver is working so hard to keep that thing in a straight line..just enjoy it..its fun!..and its not sped up..its just brave..

One does not simply attempt to tame such a beast and live to tell a story about it.
Its a season special from all the Hillclimbs in Switzerland, the first onboard is from Gurnigel which is close to Bern and the second onboard is from Hemberg in the east of Switzerland.

Yes. When they back off the throttle the engine is still being supplied with a full throttle load of fuel (for a very short moment). The excess ends up in the exhaust.

Its depens on the transmisson. For Hillclimb its about 260 km/h, but it can be up to more than 300 for sure.

Hey watch the whole video especially pay attention to when he is slow at 7:00 and the speed of peoples body motions. Being around cars enough, the pitches of the engine and drive-train sounds show that if this video was sped up in any way it's almost nothing.

sped up or not , i don't really care , i know how fast they can really be even if they are stock ! EVOs are intelligent cars made so that adults have a toy to play with ! Its a very agile and aggressive car when needed , if you put the right stuff under the hood it can become a real MONSTER but then you need to meet its standards as a driver as well ! I strongly believe this car was made to make us better drivers . If you know how to drive this car correctly where others need to step on the brakes on EVO you need to accelerate otherwise you going to end up losing the corner . Active Yaw Control distributes torque among the four wheels depending the direction of the corner and that makes the car drive like a train on rails , unless you don't have the stomach for it .
Its a helluva car but its also like taming a bull !
im a subie fan but god damn evos change directions like a wasp out of hell!
