This film was a masterpiece till the climax. Once the ghosts are revealed... It's such a downer.
But I have to command Sushmita sen and Rajpal Yadav. Both of their performances are incredible

I can understand, I watched the 1st horror movie Bhool bhulaiyaa. The crazy part is those last scenes with manjulika and her creepy voice gave me nightmares like Literally i saw a proper dream in which she was running behind me 😢 can't tell you that moment which I experienced, later my mother made me sleep for the rest of the night 😱

I have a doubt that on burning the tree each and every ghost got vanished away but what about his child's ghost which we saw at last why didn't he got away? And who was the one attacking rajpal yadav in the end? Means are there more ghosts?
The tree did not burn fully remember? There is a large stump/base of the tree left. Yadav character did not think it matters but it did. I believe the boy died when running and falling with his mother, he never woke up until the end which by then the tree has recovered some power to kill yadan and of course replace the boy with a ghosts or possess the boy. Just my theory.
