I'd assume we are still stock since I've always been able to wind her out in last gear. Don't quote me but I think they say 50ish which is pretty good on a little bike.
We get most of our stuff from faster minis. I bought it a while ago though. May be tougher to get the older style exhaust now though. The new ones definitely sound different then this version.

What's the make and model of the handle bars?
Protaper xr50 bend or you can do Mika pitbike high bars. They are very similar and we run both. We even run the pitbike lows on the 140
