It is mostly the superior playing and feeling put into it, but the action and the MusicMan configuration combined with the superior frets and the beautiful wood of the fretboard made such an epic sound for this song! (Assumption those are nickel roundwounds)

lol, that was me a year ago! FYI, you can actually get a decent NEW bass that sounds great for around 100 bucks! There are a few brands but I don't want to plug anything however I do suggest getting a decent sized amp if you can. The feel you get from playing next to a big 300-watt is soooooooo good. Good luck!!!
