I feel bad for the girl students of such big universities and colleges who fight with their families to be able to migrate to these big cities from small towns and villages in order to pursue their studies from a reputed institute. Because now they will be called back home by their parents to study in some random backwards college of the village or town just because the parents can’t trust the environment of these universities and big cities anymore after such an incident and will now be forced to choose the safety of their girl child over her academic opportunities. Also for the girls who aspire to be students in such mighty institutes but sadly it seems these places are actually not safe for women. This shit is costing so many women’s their future.

Being a student of Chandigarh University There is something i know about it. Till now it is confirmed there were only 4-5 mms filmed not 60 Talking about about suicidal part 7-8 girls tried to suicide but fortunately they got rescued. These medias and our university management sucks !!

Institutes always hide the truth for maintaining their so called reputation. A friend of mine suicided back in july and they hid the fact and even the media told that she just slip from the stairs and fell down and passed away. It tbh sucks. I hope may all the ppl who lost their loved ones in any way find peace.
