M November me gaya tha 15-16 November 2020 ko, I was lucky to see snowfall, aapko bhi shayad mil jaye mid November k bad, rent ek person ka 500-600 me mil jayega
Thank you 😊, carry a stick with you, carry some water and chocolates because you won’t find any shop or tea stall on the way, if there’s snow and if you feel your shoes might get wet then wear polythenes over your socks, and if the snow is frozen on the trek then try to walk on the softer side on the edge of the trek and yeah enjoy yourself and don’t miss any moment of joy and fun on the way. @@zirosskii it was wonderful, we went for trekking the day after the snowfall, There was fresh snow everywhere and the view was amazing. And if you are going to Tungnath then definitely go to Chandrashilla. So for an avg person its 2.5 hour trekk, we left at 8 30 from chopta and reached 11 AM around to tungnath and from there we started for chandrashilla, which was another 1-1.5 hour trekk. Advice- shoes are the most important because surface was so slippery i myself fell so many time and one more thing start early so that you can relax for sometime at chandrashilla because that place is so peaceful. There is only one place to eat at whole trekk so carry your own food and water for that day, you wont find water or food in trekk.also at the starting gate they will be providing boots on rent dont take them because they are the most slippery one. I didn’t use any spikes or snow shoes, I had normal sports shoes and you can walk with good sports shoes, make sure you have a stick with you and if you can wear some polythene over your socks that would save them from getting wet in snow. 😊

Brother mandir band hai aur is samay snow hogi kafi and waha upar sabhi dhabe aur homestay closed hai koi tea stall bhi nahi milegi chopta ke bad, aap mere khyal me mandir ke bahar puja kar sakte hai pr chances ye h ke charo taraf mandir ke barf hogi and stay ke liye aap apna tent le ja sakte h uske liye cooking bhi khud karni hogi and chandrashila to I won’t suggest but Tungnath shayad aap tent laga sakte h , rokega koi nahi but mere khayal me weather conditions ki guarantee nahi h kaisi hongi temperature to of course minus me milega so dekh lena agar sahi lage to camping kar lena nahi to niche Chopta aa jana

Temple close hone ke baad upar camping, tea shop and dhabas sab band ho jate hai, waise Chopta se thoda 4-5 Kms niche kafi camping sites hai aap waha camping kar sakte h ya rent pe book kar sakte h
