yes, it just another piece of rain gutter caped at both ends and tilled at a slight angle, so the water drains to one side. dill hole on lower side and insert rubber gromet and attach tubbing to drain water back to your tote. hope that helps, I have an upcoming video what will show a better pics

Does the water flow continuously?

Yes, I run mines continuously but you don’t have to. You can run a timer if you want. Hope this helps
