but basically most of the stuff now happens during break time between classes or after school (patrols) or on weekends when there's no school. the author also said they have classes now but students only started going in umemiya's second year which is just 1 year before Sakura came to town so I imagine most teachers are still loose with the attendance policy and don't wanna get involved in fights (before him it was more lawless and students were just going around fighting in town, not attending school at all).
