I've always had the thought of Michael reacting more extremely to Miles stomping the ground, like a few seconds after the impact and total silence, Michael's fist just bursts through the floor and wraps around Miles' ankle.
Then Miles just gets yanked through the floor and thrown on the floor Michael was on.
In RWBY terms: Sun yanks Jaune from a floor below him, and slams him to the ground.

It's just so dependent on Light levels and such. And I had to sign in every time I selected a new setting.
Michael pretty much is just experiencing what everyone else who played that game had experienced.
Very understandable from the most broken game in history.
This is totally a theory but I think what Michael does, is he has a legit excuse to hold in his anger for most of the week so that when the time comes to do Rage Quit, he can just let fly and unleash all of the fury he's stored up throughout the week.

Michael has said on several occasions that he films Rage Quit either late at night, or on days no other AH guys are working for this exact reason. That's why you only see like 5ish other people even at the offices in this segment.
