Ingredients:
● Mushrooms - 350 g
● Olive oil - 2 tbsp
● Onion - 1 pc
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Salt, Black Pepper, Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
● Cream - 350 ml
● Potato - 3 pcs
● Cheese - 180 g
● Parsley (optional)

That does look delicious.:) I think here in the US, we’d call that Au Gratin Potatoes with Mushrooms. I’ve never tried with the mushrooms, but I definitely will.
Au Gratin is one of my favorite ways to eat potatoes, and they also sell them in convenience form, like in a box or frozen from the grocery store, but there’s nothing better then homemade.:) It just tastes so good! 👍🥔🍽️

May I make a suggestion? Chives over the potatoes after the cooking.... OMG the taste is out of this world. I copied but I couldn't find parsley *not in season* so I grabbed some chives from my garden and it was awesome.
