You left off the Original Verse Ending. "These things will come to those who Fast and Pray." It changes the whole meaning of the Verse. Asking alone will not bring fruit.

Fasting and prayer is amazing! Check out the NET notes on Mark 9:29 and the end of Matt 17:20 for the manuscript details. Interestingly, the earliest manuscripts don't contain the "fasting and prayer" verse, and manuscript experts consider them to have been added for reasons mentioned in the NET notes. Wigglesworth's perspective was probably not informed by this, but the myriad other verses and his own personal life bore out the power of faith.
That being said, I and Wigglesworth think prayer and fasting is amazing and important.
