In this video, we are going to talk about Ginger. Ginger has many medicinal values. There are 100's of benefits from consuming ginger and it has been scientifically proven.
But I want to take about 5 important aspects of ginger.
Giner has got four compounds mainly gingerol, shogaols, gingeron and paradol.
Let's learn how these compounds help us.
If you are a person suffering from knee pain or arthritis or osteoarthritis or to prolong the damage or wear and tear of your cartilages, ginger can greatly aid in helping you out.
If you are into exercise, yoga, cycling, or any sort of activity, your skeletal muscles will experience micro-tears. Gingerol plays a vital role in recovering from such micro-tears and proper functioning of our muscles.
Thirdly, ginger plays an important role in terms of avoiding cancer and for those who are affected, it helps to contain the growth of cancer to further areas especially ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
Regular consumption of ginger helps you to stay away from cancer and it also helps to contain the spread and this has been scientifically proved
by many types of research.
The fourth important role of ginger is it helps in reducing body weight and helps control fasting blood sugar in our body. It helps you to maintain your body weight and streamline cholesterol levels. Regular consumption of ginger may help you see these benefits.
Similarly, it helps in maintaining our brain functionality. Absent-mindedness has now become common in the early '40s and ginger helps you to overcome such issues.
These are the benefits of ginger. Consumption of ginger does not cause any harm to your body by large, but for some people, it may cause side effects like stomach aches, etc. If you are allergic to ginger, please avoid taking it.
How to eat ginger.
I'll tell you how I eat ginger. Take a small piece of ginger and mix it in warm water and tea. This is what I like to drink. It is better than your normal tea and coffee and it's good for your health.
I hope you would have understood the benefits of ginger. Ginger is a phenomenal root. Take it as you like. Add it to your food or make ginger tea out of it and protect your body.

Sir, you have done a great job. Yes, the points you have mentioned in this video is really true and useful. Actually 1 month before I stopped drinking milk tea and coffee and started to drink ginger tea every evenings. And i am following some yoga. I have reduced 6 kgs. Actually I had migraine headache for 15 years, but now it's reduced. My digestive process is too good now. My body was renewed. Ginger tea is an amazing gift. Sir, I used to consume raw ginger pieces 1 year back when I had depression these ginger pieces use to reduce my anxiety , I don't know whether it is right, but it worked for me , I am a working women.
