- I've used this tool to lower my property taxes for YEARS and recommend it to everyone I work with. It's been a lifesaver for not just me, but many others who are working to lower their property taxes, especially in Texas. Home Tax Shield has a great track record and is one of the most 'user-friendly' services I've found so far. I help people all the time save money on their property taxes as well as help people move to the Austin TX area. If that's YOU then use my link below or reach out to me and my team about finding a house that fits you in the Central Texas area!

You mention this option saved people who used it 4 million dollars but you’re only providing half of the equation - out of how many inquiries? Average savings per inquiry?
I recommend when providing information like this, you provide enough information so your viewers are fully informed.
Great question! That particular number ($4,090,616 in reductions to be exact) is from 80 properties total. And that's only from the last two years. Prior to that, I was helping each person manually. So, no telling how many properties and how much savings there was over those 8 years.
Hope that helps! :)
Hey Barrett! What if our assessed value came in lower than last year's? Do we have to do anything or will the county automatically adjust what we owe?
Great question, Katie! So, you don't need to do anything. Your mortgage servicer will adjust your payments automatically :)
@@HarpethRealty Such great news. thanks for the info, as always!
