ရွှေဖရုံသီး ကို ကျစ်ကျစ်လေး စီးတဲ့အသီးကို ချက်စားတာ ပိုစားကောင်းပါတယ်။
ရွှေဖရုံသီး အရသာပေါ်လွှင်စေချင်လို့ ငပိ၊ဆား၊ငါးမှုန့် (သို့မဟုတ်) ကြက်သားမှုန့်၊ရေ တို့ကိုနည်းနည်းလေးပဲ ထည့်ချက်ပါတယ်နော်။
အရမ်းနူးရင် မကြိုက်လို့ အကြာကြီးမချက်တာပါနော်၊ နူးနူးလေး စားချင်သူဆိုရင်တော့ ကြာကြာလေးချက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
It's suitable to use sticky pumpkin that is hard in skin for cooking of this recipe.
I add small amount of other ingredients such as shrimp paste, salt, fish or chicken powder & water💦 because I just want natural taste of pumpkin more.
I don't like to eat so soft/over-cook pumpkin. If you like soft more than this, can cook longer.
