การปรับปรุงบ้านไม้เก่าในชุมชนบ้านสวนริมคลองย่านบางกอบัว เพื่ออาศัยกับสร้างรายได้เสริม
ให้เจ้าของไปในตัว อาทิ ห้องพักแบบโฮมสเตย์ สตูดิโอทำงานศิลปะ พื้นที่จัดนิทรรศการศิลปะเล็กๆ
และยังมีพื้นที่พักผ่อนริมคลอง จุดชมวิวดีๆอีกด้วย
การปรับปรุงบ้านเน้นการเก็บรักษา คงสภาพเดิมเอาไว้เป็นส่วนใหญ่ ปรับเปลี่ยน ตกแต่งเพื่อให้
ใช้พื้นที่ได้สะดวกและตามจุดประสงค์

We intentionally renovated and designed this space to make you feel enjoyed and relaxed with music and a variety of artistic events and workshops.
The model of Music and Artel are designed to what customer needs, with the concept of art and nature integrating to community environment. We design each area to make it suit for the community activities and maintain its main culture and architecture with some modern designs. We give priority to the owner’s and the users’ happiness.
