Riot can review his game and his live reaction on stream to check if he was really trying to lose. Which is not something many can provide so of course he gets unbanned more easily

I mean it's a pattern. At this point he should get the Tyler treatment. If the system flags him every time he plays the game, he must be doing something wrong. It's not fun for his teammates who have to play against enemies who have atleast an item advantage because baus keeps donating kills. Only redeeming feature of his playstyle is the enemy making 1 mistake and letting him siege their base after getting 2 towers.
Riot could also revamp the feeding/griefing flag system to not flag someone who averages most gold despite having many deaths but why would they do that for 1 inter and 20 of his fanboys...
