Wow, the L'Heure Bleue for under 25 pounds?! What a bargain...it's pretty expensive even second hand here in Australia. What a fabulous find. 💙
INFORMATION UPDATE. . I've been informed below (Jonathan Z) that the Eau de Toilette was not infact the first release, it was actually the Parfum, followed by the toilette and cologne concentrations. . . In fact it all gets a bit confusing so I'll suggest you pop downstairs for a read. Guerlain has a very extensive past of concentrations and formulations, it can be hard to track it all. 👍 thanks Jonathan for the constructive info 😊
Thank you for the beautiful video. I have the L'heure Bleue EDT and it is beautiful without being too sweet. Am a big fan of both Penhaligons and Guerlain and own quite a few fragrances from both houses. I haven't tried the Luna yet but it sounds lovely as I love Citrus perfumes. ❤❤

L'Heure Bleue has been on my to-buy list for many months now, but I must say that as summer approaches I think Luna might be the more appropriate one to try first given your description. Thanks for the review, Lizzie!

I have been wanting to pick up L'Heure Bleu for so long but I have been afraid that it will smell too vintage on me. I think I am going to go ahead and get it so thank you. :)
Hiya Sarah, please expect it to be very vintage. It's a powder bomb but done so beautifully. It has that Guerlain spiciness running through it. But I knew in my mind what to expect and what I wanted so I was very satisfied. It also reminds me of a dear great aunt, and I'm happy to be comforted by it. I wear it at night, though today I wore it layered with Black Rain (sour leather and violet) and it was lovely x
My god! I wish I could still find l’heure bleue for $30!!! You cannot find it without paying a reseller premium

L'Heure Bleue has been my signature scent for over 10years! They did change the formula and it seems to have lost the richness and depth it once had. Still lovely nevertheless, just not the same 😢
Sorry to hear that, I guess after all these years, the formulation will change. Sometimes it's because of the availability of materials, sometimes it's just to make it cheaper. I've tried the Parfum version which is much stronger and deeper 👌👌
Thank you! It is true, they do eventually change for all your reason, that’s why I have a few bottles of the older version in my dark cool cupboard for later use 😉

I buy my Guerlain fragrances in Belgium because they are far less expensive there. I don't know why. This brand is one of my favourite and I think it definitely needs more hype ! The name l'Heure bleue comes from that moment of the day sun hides and the sky gets this particular blue colour.
So sorry you were unable to buy Luna. It's such a shame as it's so versatile. I really hope you'll be able to afford the next offer that pops up. If I hear of any, I'll be sure to let you know. Xxx
Great reviews of them both. Only know Luna, it really is beautiful a fresh and I get the florals more I know it's not in it but it's kinda fresh peachy probably the lovely jasmine with the other notes. And thank you Ms Jone 🤓 I enjoyed learning about the houses ❤️

I noticed you said you got the Guerlain from Fragrance X. Ive been scared of ordering from them in case they aren't authentic and the customs charges I might get
How did you find Fragrance X???
Hiya, I've ordered a few items from them now. I've had no problems at all. I think I looked up reviews for them before ordering, and it seemed that the delivery times were the only issue. But mine arrived within two weeks if I remember rightly. I know it's always a bit nerve wracking order from online sites. But I found them all in order 👌👍

Luna was purchased directly from Penhaligens. Guerlain i think i bought from a website called Fragrance.net but it was a while back. It's still about on various websites I think. 👍
