The thing is bandai push the release of the anime so the schedule burns and crashed so the animation went down look at dbs the ending of the show had 5000 animated pages per episode

He probably means the actual drawn frames are rough, not the animation itself.
The animation is one part of it. This is amazing, but as the _description_ correctly suggests, it isn’t finished.

Felt like you captured the characters next to perfectly. The actions and reactions of both Mob and Tetsuo were so on point. And then the unexpected Marge thrown into the mix made me love it even more. Keep it up :)

He is, but only up to a point. When he can't talk the opponent down, he beats 'em up. And anime Tetsuo was so beyond the talkative mood he freaking killed his childhood friend (which was one dead childhood friend less than he had intended to).
