I think Natsuki would be a better fit than Monika.
Natuski v.s Yuri songs can't portray anything beyond the "rivalry" we already know the hold for almost everything.
Yuri v.s Monika songs can portray the fact of Monika's hacks might backfire her before reaching her goal; in other words, she's responsible for Yuri's crazyness, but when she's got the guard down Yuri attempts a sort of attack, and Monika can't delete her yet because the player has to keep playing without noticing her intentions, so they just engage themselves in this out-of-screen confrontation.
