The mason jar with the cut outs on the lid, would be great to keep by your kitchen sink with baking soda in. I have a similar jar with openings that I use to keep soda in, and I sprinkle some on my dish sponge with a tiny bit of dish soap to make a paste to gently scrub my dishes and silverware when I do the dishes. I don't own a dishwasher so this helps in really cleaning the grease and grime off everything.

It looks like she has them sliding smoothly but I don't see them going over the edge of her shelf- is there another way to install? I haven't donated mine yet and really want to use them.

Wait !!!!! Did you know that most Parmesan cheese “shaker” containers lids fit mason jars?? Yes they do. The green lids fit atop the mason jar and you can use it for power sugar, baking soda etc, and close the top after use. 😎

No one wants to iron anymore. I've seen people walk around with clothing that looks as if they've slept in them. Remember when steamers were the big thing? Sure they were easier, but they don't even want to bother with those anymore. Then again, clothing manufacturers now make clothing that's no iron, so that's part of the reason too.
I roll my towels as they fit better in the small linen closet we have. But I iron the shirts and blouses that are safe to be ironed. Jeans get folded over a slacks hanger as soon as I pull them from the dryer and tee shirts are folded as soon as they are dry. Some materials of shirts, mostly mine, get hung up on a silicone hanger to dry (they don't get shoulder points or fall off os a silicone hanger), then folded or put on a closet hanger. When I'm ironing I go so far as to press the back of the shirt pleat all the way down on my husband's work shirts!!

They look similar to the one shown, but is much stronger. I habe stored my fall & winter boots in one of the purse holders because the pockets are bigger than a shoe holder. I have show holders (not DT) behind "nearly" every door in the house! The one behind the coat closet door is awesome for rolled up hats, gloves & scarves in the fall & winter, and sun screens, water pistols, rolled up sun hats, gardening & yard work gloves during spring & fall. My flower gardens are right out the front door so its easier for me to have those items close by the door.

A Rite-Aid store has been turned into a new Dollar Tree near me and its grand opening was today 07/04/24. I had hopes that it would be filled with goodies like the ones shown in these videos but, alas, that wasn't the case. I'm willing to give it another shot next week once the grand opening fervor is over and they restock. It's a real shame that in my area of both the Chesapeake, Virginia Beach & Norfolk that there is only TWO of the Dollar Store Plus stores. They are both older stores that management decided to shove the $3 - $5 - $10 items into 1/2 of an aisle! Considering the $110,000,000 expansion of the headquarters of the Dollar Store is located here in Chesapeake, I'd think that SOMEONE in those offices would know how badly the local stores are doing.
I can’t wait to get back to the states to go to the dollar tree even though my heart is broken with the dollar 25 price tag. I am in Hawaii and they do not have Dollar tree or Dollar General or any of the dollar things.
These are great ideas, but most dollar trees don’t have most of the stuff at least mine doesn’t. Half the things I see online aren’t at my Target dollar section or at my dollar tree.
I think stores like the dollar tree and 5 and below get a lot of hate. People think they are crappy and ghetto but I honestly think they are pretty good stores. Depends on what you're shopping for. I wouldn't buy food there but other stuff yes.

I’ve never had any vacuum seal bag work for me long term. They all eventually let air back in.

Most times you don't find all the items in dollar tree. You barely see things like these on their shelves 😮😮
