That's actually a good strategy. Slippery for the opposing players or opposing players don't want to touch that area. Basically that spot is always open for passing.

Even if they used the toilet before playing football, still it wouldn't make any difference because they'd still need to urinate in the midway. They wouldn't hold it for long hours unless restroom was a thing in the stadium during the break. After all, they'd need to stay as hydrated and zesty as possible.

They should have portable urinal/s for such occasions, these are available online even for young boys; this is the reason why so many telephone boxes stink of urine - it's not any mans right to urinate wherever he feels like (mens urine is particularly pungent) - in any given place (apart from the countryside) there are always toilets USE THEM, you are not animals you are human beings. Mothers who allow their sons to do this need training themselves, be prepared otherwise this is the kind of behaviour you're condoning and your son/sons will think is acceptable for the rest of their lives - IT ISN'T ACCEPTABLE.
