anxiety attacks were 100% an act. She came out of them and became so directly engaging with the officer it was funny to see the act just crumble. Once she truly knows its not working and she will be arrested she became very coherent and monotone.

Hey, kudos to that cop for doing his best to de-escalate that situation. Even as she was panicking, he remained calm and spoke in a slow, soothing voice while reassuring her. I've seen so many of these videos where the cops jump right to impatience and it was refreshing to see him handle this properly.
She asked to take a breathalyzer on the scene. The officer said she could not and that it wouldn’t matter anyway because he was still going to arrest her even if she was below .08. That makes no sense to me and frankly I’d be pissed too.

Hey, kudos to that cop for doing his best to de-escalate that situation. Even as she was panicking, he remained calm and spoke in a slow, soothing voice while reassuring her. I've seen so many of these videos where the cops jump right to impatience and it was refreshing to see him handle this properly.
Pretty obvious what this women is up to in my opinion. She is deflecting trying to buy time until she could potentially pass a breath or blood test.
She asked to take a breathalyzer on the scene. The officer said she could not and that it wouldn’t matter anyway because he was still going to arrest her even if she was below .08. That makes no sense to me and frankly I’d be pissed too.

I was told to never apologize in an accident nor a traffic stop.
Taking responsibility for your own actions, helps you correct those actions quickly and with a better chance of permanency. Verbally insulting the police after her stupidity, will not help her in the future.

The range of her act, in order to manipulate, is fantastic. It starts with innocence (a piano fell on my head), then it continues with pity (single woman who feeds children full time, having anxiety problems), and in the last section, she tries to confront with passive aggressive insults, highlighting supposed errors of the police , to make them feel nervous and see if she can regain control. More toxic than Chernobyl

I know Many people that have had the breathalyzer car-lock MULTIPLE times, quite a few that currently have one. Do NOT tour New Mexico. I love my state, but it's not a safe place. &, Albuquerque, our biggest city, competes with Singapore for the GTA capitol of the world, the WORLD craig! Few years back, a couple moving to Cali had their entire U-haul jacked from their hotel parking lot.

What an acting performance. She goes from having an extreme "anxiety attack" to asking the officer direct one on one questions as if she were a news reporter. Honey you had a boozy lunch with a girlfriend and you hit a car coming home. It sucks, but your insurance is going UP.

Her fake panicking makes me so angry and cringe because, as someone who has panic attacks and knows many people who also have it, you could tell she's faking it. They should have arrested her based on that alone, considering her situation.
