    I was doorman in 1997 in dublin,,sinnots bar to be precise. I was kick boxer from age 15 and I proceeded to remove guy drunk and coked from dance floor. He literally grabbed both my wrists,,with cocaine strength he held on. I could not move,people,CCTV watching so head,kick etc out of question. He was locked on my wrists. After this I went aikido and sorry I didn't do sooner. Sometimes little effort results the most. Haunts me to this day as I received 2 kicks to groin as he was forcefully removed in head lock releasing my arms.
