If you have many layers of clothes and also a jacket minus 5 is enough .. but if you have less layers of clothes inside take minus 10

No you don’t need lower body warmer .. trek pant is enough .. don’t buy lower body warmer it will sweat while trekking..

While trekking you have to keep ears open as you sweat a lot .. if you close ears you will get headache .. while sleeping in tent you can cover ..
