One of Kong's feats of strength people tend to overlook comes from the Hong Kong battle. After he tries to break Godzilla's jaw Kong puts the Gman in a headlock, turns him around, and shoves him away a decent distance. Kong got into a wrestling match with Godzilla and won, that's crazy considering how strong Godzilla is.
Exactly that is what some people some people just do not understand. And whenever any Kong fan tries to bring this point up the Godzilla fans say that Godzilla was toying with Kong which is completely untrue.

I agree for the most part. Accept one singular thing. I think that Kong beats Rodan anywhere between 70 or 65 percent of the time, but I still think Rodan has a decent chance for only a single reason. Rodan’s speed is incredibly important, and I think if he decided to charge Kong at Mach 1.7, I think Kong would be in trouble no matter what. Either critically injured if hit in the chest or back, or possibly have one of his limbs completely severed from his body if hit in the arms or legs. So while I do think Kong wins more times than not, I still think Rodan wins a decent chunk of the time.

Not to mention, Kong would still die regardless. And if anything, if he did hit Kong, Kong would end up being a cushion for Rodan, taking most of the damage as Rodan lands on him. @@Night-RunnerEditz True Kong is faster on the ground, but Kong isn’t faster than Mach 1.7 on the ground. Not to say he can’t react at all. I think 1/3 times Kong can react in time. But we’ve also seen Rodan sneak attack while dive bombing, so there is also a possibility that Kong doesn’t even see him coming.

@Jurassickindgom Not really. Ghidorah also dodges them. It'll hurt him obviously which is why no one wants to get hit by it. In gvk it slammed into the center of his back and dragged across his shoulder and only knocked him out the air. He could definitely tank it

Hey godzilla guy, I have a suggestion for a possible future video MVG vs Evangelion, a video where you put monsterverse godzilla against all the 17 angels from evangelion, (could include Rei-Lilith) and you could also include Eva Unit 01 to fight godzilla as well You could look at the show Neon Genesis Evangelion to see all of the angels feats and the Evas as well as the movie End Of Evangelion and then all the rebuild evangelion movies (which is an alternate timeline, the original show and movie is different from the rebuild films)
To hark on kong being set on fire, the fuel that was used was napalm, which burns at 5,000 degrees compared to lava which can get to around 1,300 up to 2,000 Keep in mind kong was swinging in this stuff, as well as in gxk was walking on volcanic rock without an issue, the problem with kongs, and his species as a whole when it comes to heat resistance is when their whole body is submerged in it, however rodan would have to fight close to a volcano big enough to fit kong in it and push him in to effectively use this
I could be wrong but i believe back in gvk times, the director said that both Godzilla and kong are the strongest of their species and are given alpha titan status And honestly i love that in GxK they don't back pedal on that, Skar king might be more agile but he's definitely weaker and bith kings show how much stronger they are compared to the rest of the cast (minus Shimo)

If you think about it, ancient goji was able to be in the impact zone of the Permian impact and had no real or visible damage, modern goji was visibly damaged by Kongs punches, meaning his punches have more power than the meteor that killed the dinosaurs
Godzilla didn’t tank the Permian Asteroid. That was retconned. Godzilla wasn’t even born yet. Another normal member of his species tanked that (I say normal cause it’s been confirmed that Godzilla is the strongest member of his species).

It’s been confirmed to be soft canon by KDM. 2. Godzilla being 250 million years old (Which is what Awakening states) has been retconned. Confirmed by Greg Keyes the writer of the KOTM and GVK novelizations and Dominion. He stated that when he began too work with Legendary on the MV no one in Legendary actually believed Godzilla was 250,000,000+ years old. That was never their intention, even back in 2014 when Awakening came out. Fans simply saw a Gojira on the panel and just assumed that was Godzilla. Also the comic itself calls that Godzilla a Gojira. It’s long been established that if Legendary intends something to be referring to Godzilla it would say Godzilla not Gojira. It was confirmed by Keyes that Godzilla was born in the Pliocene, possibly in Madagascar. He also confirmed those lemurs in Dominion are NOT Titans, they were a mistake. The script called for the ACTUAL giant “Bear-lemurs”, Archaeoindris, to show up in the comic but due to a miscommunication, the Lemur-like Titans were drawn instead. They are supposed to represent the time period of Godzilla’s earliest memories. Lemurs came LONG before hominids. All that info puts Godzilla’s age around 5-2 million years ago. Greg Keyes basically gave us Godzilla’s age. So yes Godzilla is millions of years old, not Permian old but definitely older than humankind. The “retcon” was Legendary’s decision. Technically it’s not even a retcon because it was never canon to begin with. The “Zero buy in at Legendary” part confirms this. It was all an assumption by a scientist in universe that fans believed in that has since been corrected.

This is fax, Kong is easily 6-7th place The strength list would be 1. Evolved Godzilla 2. Shimo (these two are interchangeable) 3. Monster zero 4. Muto prime 5. Gxk mothra 6. Mecha Godzilla (also kinda interchangeable between mecha and mothra) Then finally Kong at 7th place
I'd personally switch between King Kong and mothra but let's not turn this into a debate I too am glad there are people that understand King Kong, while not having any crazy superpower, is stll no joke or a "fodder" like some claim. Gxk mothra is stated to be above kotm mothra in every way, this mothra was easily able to knock over and is able to throw around evolved Godzilla even when she’s several hundred feet away (this doesn’t mean she’s above where I put her, but she’s EASILY 5th)

If that doesn't burn him, no way will Rodan's Dinky Volcanic Temperatures manage anything. Rodan burns at around 1,200 degrees Celsius. Kong, when he was a Mere Adolescent, sustained only Minor Burns from Similarly Hot Napalm. As an Adult, Kong can take the over 3000+ degree Celsius Plasma from MechaGodzilla's Charged-Up Front Kick without even noticing the Heat. Meanwhile, Godzilla's normal Blue Atomic Breath hits Temperatures over 500,000 degrees Celsius given how it's essentially a Nuclear Explosion Condensed Down into a Thin Energy Beam and Designed to Burn even Nuke-Resistant Titans. Plus the GVK novelization states the whole reason Kong was knocked out was because the Napalm sucked up all the oxygen in the immediate area which left nothing for Kong to take in.
One point that is overlooked by almost every analysis, is that no great ape has ever suffered a sustained energy attack, on screen in the MV. Kong's age has nothing to do with his durability, he bleeds & burns just as easily when young and as a Silverback. Toothaches, frostbite, dislocation, drowning & and a point blank atomic/gravity beam, frost-bite, blast to the face isn't age defying. Scar King was also very durable, and also did the atomic spam dance to avoid being barbecued. This list, is the list of titans he can dominate and a machine he cannot. Kong is the king of the beta titans.
I think with our without weapons, Kong is stronger than pretty much anything other than Godzilla, Ghidorah, MG and Shimo, because those 4 are on their own kind of level. He is strong enough to push them around a bit and not instantly die but not strong enough to actually hurt them with just his bare hands.

It's 50/50 with kong and Rodan. You see since Rodan IS faster than the speed of sound, he could do what hawks do when they are hunting which is basically going up the highest he then come down at full speed max at kong and using the force to "punch"/"crush" Kong. But again like u said if Kong manages to catch Rodan, it's game over for our little turkey
Worst comes to worst, if that happend, Kong is resourceful as we already know, he threw that tree in the beginning of gvk to find out his home was fake, and it went a long way. He even threw the crane next to Godzilla to distract him. If Kong manages to get something big enough, he can throw it at rodan and disrupt his attack, or he could just dodge in time and rodan can slam into the ground.

Kong took napalm burns as a teen so imagine how he'd take them now. Also, Mechagodzilla 2021's plasma punches are supposedly 3,400 degrees Celsius or 6,152 degrees farenheight. This is going to get a bit headcannony here but I'd say Kong has taken worse than that if we say Mechagodzilla's kicks are stronger than his punches.

I agree with most of what you said. The one thing I will debate about - Rodan beats Camazotz. Goji center did a video on that. Yeah Without a Charged Ax to Break Apart MechaGodzilla's body to Cripple its Abilities, no shot at all. Kong just doesn't have the Raw Power necessary, otherwise. Being tired or not won't change the fact that he can't deal enough Damage to Debilitate MechaGodzilla for long enough to prevent the Possessed Mech from Countering with his own Array of Weapons and General CQC Abilities.

Kong's age has nothing to do with his durability, he bleeds & burns just as easily when young and as a Silverback. Toothaches, frostbite, dislocation, drowning & and a point blank atomic/gravity beam, frost-bite, blast to the face isn't age defying. Scar King was also very durable, and also did the atomic spam dance to avoid being barbecued. This list, is the list of titans he can dominate and a machine he cannot. Kong is the king of the beta titans.

Worst comes to worst, if that happend, Kong is resourceful as we already know, he threw that tree in the beginning of gvk to find out his home was fake, and it went a long way. How does Kong lose to the Warbat? In GvK, the Warbat constricted Kong and was about to kill him if it wasn't for the human's intervention. I know I'm gonna get replies like "Well, Kong has plot armour so he can't die". Wake up, man
Context: Alr Kong had just woken up in the arctic after being further drugged, he then enters a brand new world that he has never been in before, also it was a two V one. So yeah, an ape that is still actively drugged in a new landscape isn't going to do amazing against two giant flying snakes that have lived there for a million plus years.

I agree with most of what you said. The one thing I will debate about - Rodan beats Camazotz. Goji center did a video on that. Of course, everyone has their different views, which is what makes the monsterverse fun. But I would definitely like a video on your point of view, why you think Camazotz wins. You may change my mind. Who knows?
I swear, some Kong fans argue that Kong beats MG21 becuz Kong was at half strength, yet people fail to consider that MG21 only had the virtual hollow earth energy sample and not the physical one, so he was at half strength too.

Being tired or not won't change the fact that he can't deal enough Damage to Debilitate MechaGodzilla for long enough to prevent the Possessed Mech from Countering with his own Array of Weapons and General CQC Abilities.
