Palak Khichdi - Restaurant style

If your answer to the above questions is yes, then this recipe is for you! Today, we are making restaurant style palak khichdi, follow the recipe and you will have a new comfort food added to your list.
    Ingredients
    Spinach/Palak - 1 bunch
    Green chillies - 6-7
    Onions (medium sized) - 2 sliced
    Jeera/Cumin - 1 tsp +1/2 tsp
    Saunf/Fennel - 1 tsp
    Ajwain/Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Garlic cloves - 3-4 sliced + 3-4 roughly chopped
    Ghee - 1 tbsp
    Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
    Basmati rice (washed & soaked) - 100 gms
    Lemon juice - 3-4 drops
    Butter - 1 tbsp + 1tbsp (optional)
    Salt
