I FINALLY HAVE ITI've been wondering for ages what this song reminds me of. It's Katayoku no Tori, the opening song from the Umineko anime
same composer!
You should try listening to the visual novel opening! I found it more similar somehow and also bc it sounds gorgeous!
Isn't it also a song from fate stay night with the same melody? Kishi Ou no Hokori I think? At least the melody the voice follows at 00:30 or so.

+BlueCrimson10 Some of the lines are the same between La Ciel, Ra Ciel Fusor, To a Songless Hill, and Harmonics Pre=Ciel.
+BlueCrimson10 Thats also because this is the song that ended the story of Ciel Nosurge and starts everything in Ar Nosurge.
