    Thank you for explaining this whole process. I’m not using it to make Alcohol but I am using it for my Organic Chemistry Class. Amazing explanation!!!!

      @@southerncopperchronicles3924 Yes sir, volume is kinda low. We use wireless lapel mic's.
      Other than that, good stuff! 👍

    What yeast do you prefer?

      I have a multiple yeasts I use depending on what I am making. I use DADY for my grains, EC1118 from brandys, BE134 or BE136 for rum and that is just to name a few. I will be doing a video on yeast in the near future.
