    Very interesting, thanks. In the classes I attend we are made to repeat for much longer, only changing the repetition when a new behaviour is clearly evident. It sounds much less like a plausible dialogue, but somehow it works for us. What do you think about this approach?

      that is. what we do when we are first starting - but eventually you will begin to see more - if you see it you need to call it - ride the impulse! :)
