I really wish they would introduce decoys for predators as well as deer so that us stand hunters and just individuals who like to do a lot of calling would have something to distract the animals as they are coming in. It would be awesome. I actually have a trick in the game that I use for coyotes right now. But I don't want to say it. I would prefer that everyone watch it. I try to, but I'm pretty annoyed at how loud it is setting up the tree stand, it makes the hearing marker turn red and spooks all the animals for 200 plus meters.. so you have to set up and hope animals are around or tent warp to a setup already done near water and that takes away from the fun of hunting..
IRL the tree stand takes a long time and makes noise to set up. You have to go out ahead of time, scout the area, find sign, hopefully spot some animals and then set up your tree stand in ambush. Get into before light and sit there to find out if you guessed right or not.
You ever hunt with the traditional bows? Take a little bit of practice at the firing range to get good at aiming them but its really satisfying to get hits with.
@@johnathanmccullough put it atleast 40yrds away from your tree stands… if that doesn’t work that spot is dry. But remember moving your tree stands spooks them too…

The first dot is red; that’s where you’re aiming…. When you click on animal it’ll show you how far it is (GREEN DOT) that green dot is where you want to aim. Take that green dot aim at lower front shoulder

Tip when using the deer grunt caller crouch and spam crouch and uncrouch it cancels the animation so you can call in deer more quickly

Tree stands and bows are the meta in this game. It triples how many harvests you can get without the hunting pressure wiping the need zones.

I use the tripod on Vurhonga Savanna right on the waters edge with a bow. I can usually drop the whole herd before they run

There’s a whistle button that makes them turn but it can spook them if u don’t get the shot off
