If she told you to read ugly love then do it if it interests you. I read it it’s not bad but bad! In the scale of 1-10 I would give it a 3,4/10

And that is why so many people turn to her writing because she speaks the truth, not all stories end on a happy note. If you understood anything those characters were going through and u could relate to them I’m sure your opinions would alter.

Some of Colleen’s books were ok, but we need to normalize separating books from authors, because I see comments every day that are like, “don’t read her books, she’s a bad person!” But like it doesn’t mean that she’s a bad writer.
