I use an old wire coat hanger straightened out and bent to a hook at one end and bent over a litte at the over end. I then push this through the cord tunnel and pull the straps or cord through with the strap held in the hooked end, a lot easier. Great tutorial by the way, thanks for taking the time to show us all.
I love this one also, great way to substitute the rings like in the denim one 👏👏👏

this bag has the design elements I was looking for. I do have a question though....the main and lining pieces are cut on a fold (at the bottom) but later in the video I see a seam allowance along the bottom but I didn't see that step where you cut and sew beforehand. can you confirm that this is one of the first prep steps? thank you and sorry for the dumb question.

Can you use faux leather for the exterior and cotton for a he interior? Would love to make it in faux leather.

Do you actually have interfacing on the back of the outside panel fabric? I want to make this one for a child and was thinking it would make the material more durable by adding the interfacing also I probably won't make it reversible for a child honestly. I do love your tutorials!

Can I please cut 2 pices for the drawstring bag insted of on fold? Because i dont have enough fabric to cut on fold.
Yes you can, but make sure to add seam allowance
