I hope u realize. Theres plenty of Combo Breaking Fs/Souljades/Ults. You nerf tarka infinite when his kit is already hard to play. He will be one of the worst heros in the game. Which he already is bad cuz his kit is difficult to play in today's meta. He is countered by everyone.
they wont do anything to tarka. if you cant go Against tarka in high elo using other characters that goes Against his kit then thats just skill issue. Green focus will slightly nerf all infinites but its really easy to negate it and got alot of work around.
