I knit my own cotton- linen and pure silk summer tops using Knitting for olive yarn! At the moment I’m making the cumulus tee in pure silk knitting for olive yarn it’s gorgeous! I love my Linen dresses etc and cotton items ♥️

I was in Turkey this past Oct and had a fabulous time! Istanbul was fantastic, as well as the Mediterranean resort we stayed in, but the highlight of our trip was a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia. The landscape is fascinating and other-worldly. Your boys would love it!

The COS khaki trousers are such a perfect fit on you. I think it’s the attention to detail at the waist, belt loops and the button closure. Really beautiful. Oh yes, I nearly forgot. Can’t wait to see some pictures from Turkey. Never have been there!

You always look great in everything! A suggestion for Turkey: Cappadocia is a really fascinating place! I love to travel and it was definitely one of my favorites. I stayed in a cave hotel and our guide took us to see the landscape that I've never seen anywhere else on earth. I hope you will check it out.

Incredible! Now... how chic and comfy was this collection of outfits. Linen and cotton should be law for the summer, it's fabrics that your body needs to breathe. I'm quite busy today lovely, with house chores, because we're off to Canada to visit family. Trying to make sure to leave everything clean and deciding what to pack for a month. Stunning stunning those camisoles are so beautiful you are in my head and you are so right I have always dressed in mind that less is definitely more its the simplicity of a cut of a garment the quality of the fabric that gently placement of a pleat or tuck that fullness in skirt of a dress when it is moving as you walk and tells its own story as you own that look. Jessica I can go on simple elegant styling has always been my way of dressing its has always been how I have dressed but over the years I do believe it's become more refined in that I am able to afford that garment when you put it on you just feel joy it doesn't matter how meny times you pull it out to wear they just give you a vibe an engery you see you have me rambling again its such a pleasure to listen to you on Sunday. I am travelling abroad for the first time in 18 years on my own I have never been abroad by myself but when you said add a scarf I just turned in my seat and added a scarf that is going to add that final touches as it will go with everything I am wearing thank you, you always always give me something to think about and start reaching for my purse 🤣😁🤣😁. There's this knitted white top that I bought maybe 6yrs now & planned to toss it away coz it didn't gave me that relax feeling, until you showed here that you paired it with denim shorts! Hi Jess. As always,your summer outfits were chic and stylish. Linen is definitely a fabric I’ve grown to love and I find it very cool in the very hot Athens temperatures. I think the simpler the piece,the easier it is to style up or down with accessories and from experience, believe me, the fussier the garment, the hotter and more uncomfortable it feels. I loved your looks but I am preparing for a summer break in England - so not such an easy task knowing what to pack !! I hope you enjoy your summer holiday in Turkey 🧡🌞🌻
Haha yes that is a tricky one packing for England! Will you be north or south? We've actually had some lovely weather here recently, most days being able to get away with no coat and I'm hopeful we're going to have a really lovely Summer, fingers crossed. Even on the cooler days I've found myself just adding a jumper or a lightweight coat so I wouldn't panic too much. I've been dreaming of the perfect pleated trousers, I found a pair in the thrift shop but they aren't exactly right. Lol they're out there and someone will donate them someday ha! I've found so many linen pieces this summer, I've been rocking all my pieces together, loose on loose like a young David Hasselhoff lol makes me feel like every day is a European holiday heh. Morning Patty, how are you lovely? Those Cos trousers are great aren't they, and to be honest I would recommend anything Cos, love their quality. I have the trousers in a 36 whereas somewhere like Arket I would go for trousers in a 38 normally. I'm probably between the two sizes but with that slight barrel leg shape the 36 seems to work best. Hi Jess. Really enjoyed your video as usual - thank you. One style problem I've encountered in the last couple of days is finding some trousers which are are smart enough for work - but not expensive and not too formal. I'm not a corporate lawyer whose budget runs to Armani or Jaeger but I needed some smartish trousers which aren't jeans , leggings or tracksuit bottoms. I spent a couple of hours trawling the shops in Bristol and the only place where I found anything was New Look! I bought a pair of smart navy chinos that haven't lost their shape over the day and are part of the New Look "kind" range which are supposed to be more responsibly sourced. Since March 2020 I've not had to dress up for work as I've been sitting at home working at my computer and only ever needed to look smart from the waist up. I went to H&M - loads of jeans etc but nothing smart. Next - the same. House of Fraser a real mish mash of stuff, Other Stories - nothing smart, Cos seems to be for extremely tall people (I'm 5ft 6), Mango a lot of polyester (disappointing because I keep reading that they have good stuff but not in the branch I visited), White Stuff - washed out looking clothes and Zara where there were too many people to venture in. I really don't know what I would have done without New Look (not a sentence I ever thought I'd say!). In short - there's a real lack of inexpensive trousers which are suitable for work. If you've got any suggestions great - because I need a couple of pairs for the summer!.
Hi Luisa, lovely to hear from you😊 I hear you lovely, especially on the polyester issue and clothes for extremely tall people at Mango! What’s that all about! I’m thinking from what you’re saying that budget wise you’re looking something under £100 mark? If I’m right what about Arket or Cos, both using nice fabrics and both keeping their prices very much within high street range. Another brand I’m actually looking at right now is called Vita Grace. I’m new to this brand but just having a look and really like their style and again prices are reasonable. Another option would be to go second hand. Vestiare collective is a really great one I’ve used quite a lot. It enables me to buy higher quality items (I could otherwise not afford) but obviously at a fraction of the price. The pictures are never amazing on there but when I find something I like, I’ll google the style to see the original picture from the brand and then if I like it then I’ll try. I’ve always been impressed with everything I’ve bought on there and found the process easy. Hope my waffle helps lovely but do let me know how you get on x

I have one pair of quite formal trousers and a couple of pairs of Gap chinos that have seen better days! Since March 2020 I've been wearing jeans, leggings, and tracksuit bottoms. My top half is fine as I've been appearing on Zoom, Skype etc from the waist up! I really needed to buy something quickly as I didn't have time to order something online and send it back. I think Arket maybe a good option but there isn't one where I live. I think I maybe need to up my budget but need to be sure that I'm going to wear the item enough to justify it. Thank you for the weekly videos - I find them really useful and really enjoy watching them on Sunday mornings. x

Aah really, lucky you having family based in the sunshine no doubt 😊 It’s very much a family holiday with the boys so don’t think we will be doing much trekking around tbh, though I do keep googling to see if there’s any little islands we can visit in a day nearby? A boat trip overnight maybe, the beaches look so stunning so I’m really looking forward to it 🤍 Strangely the majority of our friends are going to Turkey this year too, it seems hugely popular atm x

A little more high end but I also really like Vince, I think they have some beautiful staples. Whenever I’m over there I’ll always pop into Club Monaco, love their collections and for something a little different or for a party I’d have a look at Intermix, I think I discovered them once in Los Angeles and I love the brands they stock. Hello Eleanor, big hugs for saying that:) I am very very grateful and just so happy to hear you like what I do on here. In terms of pretty camis and little tops I have two different options. 1.If you can't hide your bra I'll often make a feature of it. Go for something with pretty straps that will actually show or a contrasting colour so it looks like a feature and is meant to be there. The other option would be to wear a strapless bra. I bought a couple of neutral ones recently that have both been great. 1 from H&M 'basic range I think' the other from Wonderbra for when you want a little more structure. I've found these both work really well under camis. Hope that helps lovely x
12 days on Coral Princess up and down the Queensland coast, Great Barrier Reef and down to Sydney. Just trying to stay Covid free! Will take lots of your ideas with me. Days seem to be around 20 degrees Celsius.
Oh and have been to Turkey, it's beautiful. A stroll down Istikal Street, the markets, and the water cistern under the city is interesting. Just soak it all up. Your boys are incredibly lucky to experience this with you.

I was in Turkey this past Oct and had a fabulous time! Istanbul was fantastic, as well as the Mediterranean resort we stayed in, but the highlight of our trip was a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia. The landscape is fascinating and other-worldly. Your boys would love it!

You always look great in everything! A suggestion for Turkey: Cappadocia is a really fascinating place! I love to travel and it was definitely one of my favorites. I stayed in a cave hotel and our guide took us to see the landscape that I've never seen anywhere else on earth. I hope you will check it out.

Stunning stunning those camisoles are so beautiful you are in my head and you are so right I have always dressed in mind that less is definitely more its the simplicity of a cut of a garment the quality of the fabric that gently placement of a pleat or tuck that fullness in skirt of a dress when it is moving as you walk and tells its own story as you own that look.
Jessica I can go on simple elegant styling has always been my way of dressing its has always been how I have dressed but over the years I do believe it's become more refined in that I am able to afford that garment when you put it on you just feel joy it doesn't matter how meny times you pull it out to wear they just give you a vibe an engery you see you have me rambling again its such a pleasure to listen to you on Sunday.

Hi Jess. As always,your summer outfits were chic and stylish. Linen is definitely a fabric I’ve grown to love and I find it very cool in the very hot Athens temperatures. I think the simpler the piece,the easier it is to style up or down with accessories and from experience, believe me, the fussier the garment, the hotter and more uncomfortable it feels. I loved your looks but I am preparing for a summer break in England - so not such an easy task knowing what to pack !! I hope you enjoy your summer holiday in Turkey 🧡🌞🌻
Haha yes that is a tricky one packing for England! Will you be north or south? We've actually had some lovely weather here recently, most days being able to get away with no coat and I'm hopeful we're going to have a really lovely Summer, fingers crossed. Even on the cooler days I've found myself just adding a jumper or a lightweight coat so I wouldn't panic too much. Morning Patty, how are you lovely? Those Cos trousers are great aren't they, and to be honest I would recommend anything Cos, love their quality. I have the trousers in a 36 whereas somewhere like Arket I would go for trousers in a 38 normally. I'm probably between the two sizes but with that slight barrel leg shape the 36 seems to work best. Hope that helps lovely, but please feel free to ask if I can help with anything else x

Hi Jess. Really enjoyed your video as usual - thank you. One style problem I've encountered in the last couple of days is finding some trousers which are are smart enough for work - but not expensive and not too formal. I'm not a corporate lawyer whose budget runs to Armani or Jaeger but I needed some smartish trousers which aren't jeans , leggings or tracksuit bottoms. I spent a couple of hours trawling the shops in Bristol and the only place where I found anything was New Look! I bought a pair of smart navy chinos that haven't lost their shape over the day and are part of the New Look "kind" range which are supposed to be more responsibly sourced. Since March 2020 I've not had to dress up for work as I've been sitting at home working at my computer and only ever needed to look smart from the waist up. I went to H&M - loads of jeans etc but nothing smart. Next - the same. House of Fraser a real mish mash of stuff, Other Stories - nothing smart, Cos seems to be for extremely tall people (I'm 5ft 6), Mango a lot of polyester (disappointing because I keep reading that they have good stuff but not in the branch I visited), White Stuff - washed out looking clothes and Zara where there were too many people to venture in. I really don't know what I would have done without New Look (not a sentence I ever thought I'd say!). In short - there's a real lack of inexpensive trousers which are suitable for work. If you've got any suggestions great - because I need a couple of pairs for the summer!.
Hi Luisa, lovely to hear from you😊 I hear you lovely, especially on the polyester issue and clothes for extremely tall people at Mango! What’s that all about! I’m thinking from what you’re saying that budget wise you’re looking something under £100 mark? If I’m right what about Arket or Cos, both using nice fabrics and both keeping their prices very much within high street range. Another brand I’m actually looking at right now is called Vita Grace. I’m new to this brand but just having a look and really like their style and again prices are reasonable. Another option would be to go second hand. Vestiare collective is a really great one I’ve used quite a lot. It enables me to buy higher quality items (I could otherwise not afford) but obviously at a fraction of the price. The pictures are never amazing on there but when I find something I like, I’ll google the style to see the original picture from the brand and then if I like it then I’ll try. I’ve always been impressed with everything I’ve bought on there and found the process easy. Hope my waffle helps lovely but do let me know how you get on x

I have one pair of quite formal trousers and a couple of pairs of Gap chinos that have seen better days! Since March 2020 I've been wearing jeans, leggings, and tracksuit bottoms. My top half is fine as I've been appearing on Zoom, Skype etc from the waist up! I really needed to buy something quickly as I didn't have time to order something online and send it back. I think Arket maybe a good option but there isn't one where I live. I think I maybe need to up my budget but need to be sure that I'm going to wear the item enough to justify it. Thank you for the weekly videos - I find them really useful and really enjoy watching them on Sunday mornings. x

Aah really, lucky you having family based in the sunshine no doubt 😊 It’s very much a family holiday with the boys so don’t think we will be doing much trekking around tbh, though I do keep googling to see if there’s any little islands we can visit in a day nearby? A boat trip overnight maybe, the beaches look so stunning so I’m really looking forward to it 🤍 Strangely the majority of our friends are going to Turkey this year too, it seems hugely popular atm x

Hi lovely, hope you’re having a wonderful weekend:) I’ve linked everything that I’m wearing in the description box below and most stores I shop at will ship to The States😊 However if somewhere doesn’t I really rate Everlane for cotton or linen shirts, I think their quality is great and they’re a great sustainable and ethical brand. A little more high end but I also really like Vince, I think they have some beautiful staples. Whenever I’m over there I’ll always pop into Club Monaco, love their collections and for something a little different or for a party I’d have a look at Intermix, I think I discovered them once in Los Angeles and I love the brands they stock. Hi Jess. Amazing outfits and styling tips as always. You are my favorite fashion CZcams channel! I love all of the camisoles and delicate tops you wear. I was wondering what type of bras you wear underneath them. I shy away from wearing those because I'm not sure of what to wear underneath.
Hello Eleanor, big hugs for saying that:) I am very very grateful and just so happy to hear you like what I do on here. In terms of pretty camis and little tops I have two different options. 1.If you can't hide your bra I'll often make a feature of it. Go for something with pretty straps that will actually show or a contrasting colour so it looks like a feature and is meant to be there. The other option would be to wear a strapless bra. I bought a couple of neutral ones recently that have both been great. 1 from H&M 'basic range I think' the other from Wonderbra for when you want a little more structure. I've found these both work really well under camis. Hope that helps lovely x

12 days on Coral Princess up and down the Queensland coast, Great Barrier Reef and down to Sydney. Just trying to stay Covid free! Will take lots of your ideas with me. Days seem to be around 20 degrees Celsius.
Oh and have been to Turkey, it's beautiful. A stroll down Istikal Street, the markets, and the water cistern under the city is interesting. Just soak it all up. Your boys are incredibly lucky to experience this with you.

Summer is honestly THE WORST season because it's just too damn hot. Love long sleeved and even short sleeve, but you simply need a tank. 😩
Haha well I must admit in our mini heatwave we're having right now you're right! I start out in a favourite outfit i want to wear and by the end of the day I'm in little shorts and a vest top melting in the sunshine! x
