  • Welcome to our kitchen! Today, we’re making a mouthwatering and spicy minced meat dish known as Kate Masale Ka Keema. This traditional recipe is packed with bold flavors and is perfect for any occasion.
    Ingredients:
    500g minced meat (keema)
    2 onions, finely chopped
    2 tomatoes, pureed
    1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp red chili powder
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    Salt to taste
    Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    2-3 tbsp cooking oil
    Instructions:
    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
    Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
    Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
    Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
    Add pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
    Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
    Cook until the meat is tender and the flavors are well combined.
    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
