this is the uniqueness of malaysia and Indonesia. both languages are similar, even if an Indonesian and Malaysia talk to each other in their own native language, they will understand each other. there are some words that are different but somehow we Malaysian can understand Indonesian and same goes to them.

Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Indonesia are the two standardised registers of Malay. Stemming from the same source, the two languages are mutually intelligible. However, there are significant differences in vocabulary and pronunciation.

For this song Seluruh Cinta, Siti Nurhaliza (Malaysian singer - Dato Sri is her honorific title) collaborate with Cakra Khan (Indonesian singer). 4:46 FYI, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore & Brunei can understand each other cause we're using the same root of language; which is - Malay language. But of course, there are some differences in terms of slangs and meaning of some words (just like american & british english). That is why, singers or performers from these countries can collaborate easily.

Thanks for the reaction to our Malaysia no 1 Singer Dato Siti Nurhaliza and to my favourite male singer from Indonesia Chakra Khan. This is Dato Siti Nurhaliza concerts where she invite all her friends to sing together. Firstly i also dont think their voice suit to sing duet but when i hear it for the 2nd time u can acctually heard that their voices is compliment each other. U can appreciate more of this duet if u understand the lnguage. Btw, Dato Siti is a legend singer in Malaysia. She was now on her mid 40'. Please react to her singing Memories duet with late Whitney Houston from the same concerts. Dato' Siti also have duet with another amazing male singer from indonesia Judika. She once mentioned that her favourite male artist in previous duets was Chakra Khan! This was one of her big concerts featuring some of her friends from Malaysia and abroad. She's a living legend and still actively singing. Thanks for the lovely reaction to our No. 1 singer and also the 'Voice of Asia".

Hmm. I would rather have a contrasting voice sound to a duet. Like the Whitney & Mariah duet When You Believe. Its great because they are both unique & different. Or the Peabo Bryson & Celine Dion song Beauty & The Beast. But when you put to people sounding the same it sounds very blend. But to each their own.
Anyway, hope there is more Siti Nurhaliza coming. Siti cover of Celine Dion - I Surrender would be an awesome choice.
