@@mimomango4617she means they are difficult , non committed, slightly misogynistic, mommas boys and their families are difficult to manage … very involved intrusive dominant. Their idea of American women is also hard to handle and to get them over that idea. They play and cheat and lack motivation to work … these are of course stereotypes but 80 percent of those stereotypes are true … I’m Italian Canadian (Calabrian ) married to an Italian from Calabria … even knowing and fully understanding my culture marrying him was difficult he’s a great person, don’t get me wrong, but many of those stereotypes are accurate … much of the time

@@micheledicesare4018 no, non c'è bisogno che quando ami qualcuno lo accetti... da quando è venuto in Canada con me lui sta capendo di più. è una brava persona ma sfortunatamente quando vivevamo in Calabria era difficile per lui vedere un altro modo. e in realtà i nostri italocanadesi hanno più difficoltà ad andare avanti perché hanno le vecchie usanze da quando le loro famiglie sono immigrate... questa è una differenza culturale e se riesci ad accettarla e a lavorarci intorno e funziona per te allora benissimo ma tutte queste donne americane che corrono in Italia per trovare un fidanzato italiano devono essere pienamente consapevoli di ciò in cui si stanno cacciando
