DNA test can be conduct by police officers under section 53A of crpc in only rape cases but what about other criminal cases like murder 302/304/307/308 ipc is approval of court? Please reply and also is approval of court required for narco analysis brain mapping test

mam tell me one thing if child born in 5 months after marriage then what we said in this case. And husband is not aware of this thing. then in that case child is treated as ligitimat child or not ?
*@Arjun Khanna* Then it's obvious that your child is not a legitimate child, it's an ilegal child of yours with someone else besides your husband. And hence your child should not be accepted by your husband. Nor you should be getting the child support from your husband... This is the justice in this case.

1. I think that truth should come out, no matter how hard it is, TRUTH IS TRUTH
2. Just think how easy it will get for courts to decide this kind of matters rightly with minimum time.
3. "TRUTH SHALL PREVAIL"
These are just my viewpoints, although I respect the opinion of hon'ble supreme court as they must have thought something while deciding the matter!

The son need not be biological son. What if he was adopted? And, if he has already produced satisfactory evidences, it is on the defendants to disprove them. Isn't it?
