Thank you so much for this video. I ordered this exact chair from Amazon (in the exact same color too), but it didn't come with instructions on how to build it. I didn't get the velcro safety strap either. Watching your video tells me they're supposed to come together in a little bag, which is missing from my order. Looks like whoever packed this just forgot the bag entirely. Anyway, you are a lifesaver!

My seat won’t expand! It’s stuck. The metal hook on top of it seems like it’s on the wrong side.
