Nice video, but the music back ground & sound effects are distracting. Please post again with take off and landing views added and please, no music. I see a few blanked gage panels is this gyro IFR and VFR rated? Also if sold in the U.S, what the end/total cost?
Great video I'm in a fortunate position in that I take ownership in about a months time can't wait , training in a mots at he mo which is totally different experience its like the motorbike in the sky where the cavalon is protected from the elements but you can take the doors off for local flying as you can't take them with you..
Yes, that's accurate. According to the POH, the "green arc" airspeed range for the Cavalon is from 16 to 70 knots, with the best rate of climb at 46 knots.
How incredible! 1 day I want to fly these!!
Wow... The visibility is fantastic.
thanks for sharing (in HD!)

Is the Air Speed Indicator accurate? It looks like you are getting airborne at 45 to 50 mph?
Yes, that's accurate. According to the POH, the "green arc" airspeed range for the Cavalon is from 16 to 70 knots, with the best rate of climb at 46 knots.
Price - 170,000$
1:14 How can the lifting rotor start turning when the Cavalon is still stationary on the ground ?? I thought it had no engine connection.
+TavernSenses
Pre-rotator. This takes power off the engine via a belt to get the rotor up to speed.
No belt in a Cavalon....clutch plate
Классно!!! Только музыка лишает чувство реального полета.
(From a rotorhead) Can you fly doors off?
Yes, you can fly with one or both doors removed. The Vne is reduced from 160 km/h to 130 km/h, which is also the Vb and the top of the green arc.
Music has no function at all.
