I am sure it takes tons of work to get the sound right but you are the gold standard. It's so sad to see videos of great instruments with bad audio quality so you have no comparison unless YOU have featured them.

Question: Moonbird or UT100? Is it worth it to save the difference? What if money’s not an object?
Depends entirely on your taste. I think both are really nice. UT100 has really strong projection and a punchy sound due to the lattice bracing. Dosen't lean too much in the bright or low tonal frequency. Sounds more neutral.
The UT200 has slightly more lows, clarity, sustain, and the mid frequencies are slightly scooped.
The UT200 has more depth in overtones, sustain, while the UT100 has a more punchy warmer midrange tone. Both great choices.
