@@swaminator3617 Remember the reason why you worked out in the first place, and remember that every single day you show up at the gym, you're making progress towards your goals. It may not always be easy, and it may not always feel like you're making significant strides, but every time you work out, you're one step closer to becoming the best version of yourself.
I'm not the best with my words but you need to change your mindset, i used to have the mindset where i'd be like, i gotta go to the gym where instead i should've been like, i GET to go to the gym today, you know?
And let's not forget about the sense of accomplishment and pride you'll feel after completing a tough workout. There's nothing quite like the feeling of pushing past your limits and achieving something you never thought possible.
So keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and know that every day you're getting closer and closer to your goals. You've got this!

The problem happens when you don't want it anymore beyond basic living. I have a ton of "that would be nice if it fell on my lap" things, but I don't care about them, because I've had and discarded most of the things people want (and I thought I wanted), and it ended up amounting to nothing I want anymore.
I like his philosophy of doing without thought for feeling. Maybe that is the way to live life. Even he has 25% motivation, but I wonder if you could live that way with 1%? That's not how I want to live my life, but maybe it's better, since I don't want anything anyway. It would be better for society, and for those around me. I'll try it. Maybe l'll find new life; that would be something.
