Sidestep and outwit are free actions and can be done at "The Beginning of Your Turn" in any order of your choosing. Then you could have used "Demon's" effect (Also at "Beginning of Your Turn") to have done one damage to Hulk. Would this be correct?

Hey Mark! Thanks for your question!
For HeroClix, the “Beginning of your Turn” is a specific phase, and only things that can happen in that phase are allowed, like rolling leadership, or an effect that says at the beginning of your turn. Once that phase ends, you can use FREE actions or any other actions.
Section 9 of the Comprehensive Rulebook outlines the phases of the turn and is super helpful! I reference it regularly, lol.
